The Main Tasks and Functions

The main tasks of the Service are:

• implementation of intersectoral coordination;
• traceability and traceability in those kinds of measurements that can not be provided via standards;
• works related to the development and implementation of standard samples.

Service in accordance with its tasks, provides:

• Scientific guidance work on the development and use of reference materials;
• identifying and forecasting the economy and the non-production sphere in standard samples;
• identifying key areas of development and set the desired accuracy standard samples used in non-production sphere and the economy;
• research to create new types of standard samples;
• international cooperation on the development and application of standard samples.
