- verification, calibration and metrological certification of measuring devices; rendering of metrological services (preparation of verification procedures, measurement procedures, metrological examination, etc.);
- development of measuring devices and normative documents in the field of measuring time, frequency and geometric quantities;
- assurance and further development of the functioning of the Service of Universal Time and Standard Frequencies.
