Certificate of authorization of P-18-2019 for verification of measuring instruments in the field of regulated metrology.

In accordance with paragraph 2.2 of Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Permit System in the Sphere of Economic Activity”, documents of a permitting nature, the validity of which expires during the period of martial law, are considered to be those whose validity has been extended for the period of martial law and until the end of the calendar year in which martial law is terminated or canceled, but not less than three months from the date of its termination or cancellation.

The certificate of authorization is a document of a permitting nature in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Permit System in the Sphere of Economic Activity”.

Issuance of a certificate of authorization is provided for by paragraph 4 of part 3 of article 2 of this Law and paragraph 120 of the List of documents of a permitting nature in the sphere of economic activity, approved by the Law of Ukraine “On the List of documents of a permitting nature in the sphere of economic activity"
